Should failure occur due to defect in workmanship or material within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it without charge within the first year at manufacturer's discretion. In case of discontinued models, an item of similar quality and style will be provided.

Excludes damage caused by shipping, improper use, neglect, chipping, fading, stains, mold, mildew, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, or acts of nature.
